Marco Island
adventures since 1981
Mark Bahr, owner/operator of Marco Island Water Sports has been providing water sports adventures to Marco Island since 1981. We offer 10,000 Island Guided WaveRunner Tours and powered Catamaran Eco-Cruises into the edge of the Everglades, parasailing above the Gulf of Mexico, WaveRunner rentals, and other water sports. All activities serve Marco beach visitors as well as Marco’s three major hotels: the JW Marriott Marco Island, Hilton Marco Island, and Marriott’s Crystal Shores, and conveniently leave from the beachfront.
In January of 2013, Mr. Bahr added a fourth location, Naples Beach Water Sports, located on Vanderbilt Beach at the Ritz-Carlton, serving beach visitors and other prestigious Naples hotels. In January 2014, to be sure that no guests would be disappointed on the few days that blustery weather was not optimum for beach departures, a fifth location was added in Goodland, on the edge of the 10,000 Islands. In 2019, Marco Island Water Sports and Naples Beach Water Sports joined the Hoffmann Family of Companies, setting the standard for safety, fun and water activities in SWFL.
